Born and raised in Patagonia, Cesar has been kayaking in the cold waters of the Chelenko since he was a child. In all our aquatic adventures, Cesar is synonymous with enthusiasm and safety. His experience in kayaking expeditions through the rivers and fjords of the Aysén region showcases his skills and passion for paddling in pristine and wild places. His boundless energy inspires us to keep paddling through the chilly Patagonian waters.
